I drink a glass of water after I woke up. I also boil the malunggay leaves and uses its water for my morning coffee.

I don’t skip breakfast and making sure I put on my day cream moisturizer and sun block lotion before my day becomes so busy.I also making sure I’m hydrated the whole day since I’m breastfeeding my twins.As much as possible I’m eating healthy foods. My husband brings me pineapple fruit if its possible in the afternoon. Since it has a detoxifying property to get rid all the toxic in the body.

I know being a mom is one of the toughest job that we often forgot to take good care of ourselves. I know how it feels but if it becomes part of your daily routine. It would be very easy. I also set my alarm clock if I need to do specific things within the day so I can’t forget it.
