Hello everyone!

Today I’ll let you see what we usually eat at home. We love to cook and to eat. But if you’ve noticed it always have carbs and veggies. It’s very important that we eat healthy food to have a healthy life and carbs for the extra energy to run after the kids.Lol!πŸ˜‰

Yes! we can eat out but it’s best to cook at home. Aside from the fact that it’s not really expensive, it’s also healthy for everyone. It’s also a form of innovation of your own self. Why? because you can experiment and enhance your skills in cooking and it’s stress reliever too, specially when everyone enjoy the food that was prepared. We also keep on mind to make it a little bit colorful in the eyes, so the kids will eat it too. You need to be a little bit animated when eating when kids were around.Why? because they enjoy to eat when they see that your enjoying what you eat too. I know it’s hard for the kids to eat  healthy food that’s why you should not give up on them. Just a little bit is enough,don’t also push them to eat.  Just be a good example and do what a mother should do. Eating healthy is the new trend and it should always be.
